Our homemade salsa verde is super flavorful and makes the base for this cozy dish! We combine fiber-rich white beans with our own salsa verde that is made with roasted tomatillos, jalapenos and loads of cilantro and fresh lime juice. Choose your protein: root vegetables (vegan), or local/hormone-free ground turkey from Koch's Poultry Farm. Root vedge combo includes butternut squash, kohlrabi and carrots. We are proud to offer our most fun breakfast item: yogurt parfaits with our newest jam, cranberry fig! These tasty 8oz parfaits are perfect for breakfast, a snack or a super healthy treat. Made with house made tartly sweet cranberry fig jam, Grateful Granola (which is gluten free, nut free and naturally sweetened with maple syrup) and your choice of yogurt: pastured, organic plain dairy yogurt from Seven Stars Farm, or our own vegan chia seed yogurt.
