This bright and warming stew is one of our favorite fall dishes. Packed with butternut squash and antioxidants like turmeric, ginger and lemon, this stew is just what the doctor ordered. Served with your choice of protein: tempeh or chicken. Served over wild rice, or vedge it up with extra veggies.

If you've been waiting for us to bring back our super yummy, vegan coconut peanut sauce, the wait is over! This loaded dish includes whole grain spaghetti (either whole wheat or brown rice) and three favorite vegetables; broccoli, peas and carrots. By itself this dish is vegan, and we are offering tofu or marinated grilled chicken as additions to this dish for an extra punch of protein. Topped with crispy peanuts and cilantro.

We are proud to offer our newest breakfast item: yogurt parfaits! These tasty 8oz parfaits are perfect for breakfast, a snack or a super healthy treat. Made with house made local peach blueberry jam (made with local blueberries and Three Springs Fruit Farm peaches!), Grateful Granola (which is gluten free, nut free and naturally sweetened with maple syrup) and your choice of yogurt: pastured, organic plain dairy yogurt from Seven Stars Farm, or our own vegan chia seed yogurt. Enjoy!
