We're trying something a little different for our vegan entree this week, and we think you'll really enjoy it. We've got creamy pinto beans slow-cooked with onions, fire roasted tomatoes, chipotle peppers and seasoned with plenty of oregano and cilantro. Topped with our own grilled veggie salsa which includes corn, asparagus, zucchini, tomatoes and red & green bell peppers. (If you'd like the veggie salsa served on the side, just let us know). Served over corn polenta cake. Spice level is 5 out of 10. 
Almond Crusted Chicken OR Tofu with Honey Dijon Dipping Sauce over Roasted Sweet Potatoes - $19

We are bringing back our famous almond crusted chicken or tofu, so get ready! Choose your protein: chicken breast OR tofu. Served with a side of honey dijon dipping sauce, or for vegans, choose tofu and swap for maple dijon dipping sauce. Served over roasted sweet potatoes, or swap the 'taters for extra veggies. This dish is perfect for kids and adults alike! *NOTE: Tofu does NOT contain egg.

Chimichurri Shrimp or Pulled Beef with Black Beans over Wild Rice - $27

Our chimichurri sauce is packed with fresh parsley, oregano, garlic, vinegar and a few secret ingredients that combine to create a tangy, herbaceous flavor. It pairs so nicely with wild shrimp or pastured pulled beef from Primal Supply Meats! Served with black beans and wild rice. 
Seared Chicken Breast with Veggies & Ginger Lime Coconut Sauce over Black Rice - $23

This super flavorful entree combines the flavors of coconut milk, lime, fresh ginger, turmeric and cilantro to create a super creamy, dairy-free sauce. Made with all white-meat chicken breast, carrots and green beans and served over forbidden black rice. Yum!
Spanish Style Beef Meatloaf topped with Spicy Tomato Sauce & Feta over Quinoa - $26

This super flavorful twist on a classic American dish will quickly become a new favorite for the meat & potatoes lover in your life. Made with house made organic strawberry vanilla jam, Grateful Granola (which is gluten free, nut free and naturally sweetened with maple syrup) and your choice of yogurt: pastured plain dairy yogurt from Pequea Farm, or our own vegan chia seed yogurt.
